The brand I use..
After discovering how high Rose’s toxic load was, and how much this can impact an autism diagnosis, I started cutting out controllable toxins in our lives. (More on toxins HERE)
It was a gradual shift. I used up what we had and made cleaner swaps as we went. That’s when I found Tropic, rated 0 on the Think Dirty app, with amazing products from makeup and sunscreen to shampoo and conditioner.

The ABC collection - I use this every day. If you buy this collection together you save £20 and you can pick which mask suits your skin. For example aging, cleansing etc.
This shampoo. It is more than you would usually spend, but I reduced hair washing and you only need a tiny bit!
This conditioner - is one of the best I have found.
These lipsticks - these last for AGES, are really moisturising and don't contain any of the usual nasties you find in lippy such as aluminium, lead, cadmium and thallium!!
